This is the tissue caddy plus, which is designed to hold the toilet roll you are using along with spares. The spares sit neatly on top of the heavy set base, supported by a pole, while the toilet roll in use can be placed on the other end.

 

The chrome plated steel tissue caddy is compact enough to stand in any sized bathroom and is a necessity for every busy bathroom.
