How do I place an order?
Just browse through our online store, add items to your shopping cart, enter delivery details, enter payment details then sit back and wait for your order!
What forms of payment do you accept?
All credit cards listed below as well as bank transfers, Amazon Pay. Please be aware that if you send us a cheque you will need to allow 5 days for it to clear before we can ship your order.
What happens if some or all of the products on my order are out of stock?
Next to the price in red our site displays a standard delivery time, if this is showing delivery up to 4 days then the item is in stock, the delivery time is based on standard delivery, if the item is showing longer delivery times then this is the worse case scenario as stock will be ordered and on its way to our warehouse. If for any reason there is a problem with the availability of a product we always state that the product is out of stock until a certain date.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we dispatch all over the world via DPD, FED EX or DHL, please see our delivery page for more information.
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on line?
Yes, we use World Pay secure payment system, one of the largest payment system merchants in the world to take your credit card details online, the data is fully encrytped using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Your Card details are not kept on our server but at Worldpay, when you make a transaction nobody at Contemporary Heaven sees your card details, if we process a phone order the card details are shredded once processed.
Will Contemporary Heaven send an order confirmation by email?
Yes, all orders placed will be e-mailed a receipt on placing the order, once we dispatched another e-mail receipt will be forwarded inc access to tracking information.
Why do you ask for my telephone number?
We need your telephone number just in case we need to contact you regarding any issues with your order, also all couriers require we input a contact number again to contact you with any issues during delivery. .We NEVER pass your contact number or e-mail to any third parties, if you have signed up to our monthly e-mail then you will receive a maximum of two e-mails per month.
Do you issue full vat receipts?
Yes, these are supplied with your order on the front of the box the products are delivered in, in the clear wallet with your delivery address on, we also e-mail a VAT receipt on despatch.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders delivered to the UK will have a standard £2.99 delivery charge levied for delivery, special delivery services are available please see our drop down menu in the checkout. Different delivery charges apply to Continental Europe and Worldwide but these are made obvious before you are asked to confirm your order. (please see our delivery details section in Useful Info.)
When will my credit or debit card be charged?
As soon as the order is placed so we can dispatch the order to you within 48hrs, custom items are allocated to manufacture with 48hrs.
